Okay for sanity I think a nice option might be to have something where you can sort by users who has changed there name, and users who hasn't. Or perhaps another idea is to put something in the stats for users who has changed there names within the last 30 days. Maybe its just me but it might make life a lil easier? Okay so you can look at the profile to see who changed there name but how do you know which profile to look at? I mean... Wow, its all so confusing to me.

if you don't recognize a name, it says the person in said profile

yep, so the feature in question would be useless

I think i can see a point in this suggestion. Because it's easy when people changed their username and they are logged on to click on the profile and read what the previous usernames are. But if i want to read the profile of a user who is not logged on and i don't know what the new username is it could be difficult. I mean there are ways of finding out for example going through a topick which i know this user posted but some users don't send on the boards so i think there is a point in this suggestion.

Or i think we should be able to search by name. Because the other day i wanted to look for Jessica Silva's profile and i did not know that she changed her name. So can we have something like search for name or something. If we know there full name or if we just know there first name then a hole bunch of people buy Jessica for example and you click on the one you want.

That could work, asuming the user put their real name. it is also possible to leave the real name field blank so that would be pointless as well.

I think searching by past user name or names is a good idea. I just heard from an old friend this past weekend who hasn't been on the zone for months. He luckily has my e-mail and other contact info, but his first inclination was to come on the zone and leave me a PM. But when he went to the profiles page and typed in cat lover, which is my old name, he got "error, this user does not exist." He thought I had been banned from the site or something. So for people who don't know about the name changes, this would be a good option. And user ID's? The only person's user Id number I know is my own. So user name would be more useful.

I don't even remember my own lol. I do really but it took me a long time to remember it. i don't even look at users ids. I only remember usernames.

yeah, almost the same here, i only remember certain peoples numbers, and sometimes i forget who number it is!

i never remember people's numbers, i'm useless that way so user names would be better, and, i think it is a good idea.
